The highlight of Cheboygan Brewing Company is that they use an old world brewing method. Many say it evokes a toasted bread flavor, and we agree. It's sensational and very memorable. They're known for their Lighthouse Amber, a German style Alt, their Winter Marzen, a delicious lager, and one of their newer Mexican-Bohemian selections, La Cerveza, made with five different styles of malted barley plus flaked maize and noble German hops.
